On 23 January 2024, Lenz & Staehelin is hosting an event of ASA Local Group Zurich I ZAV Fachgruppe Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit on the topic of «Sanctions and Arbitration». Speakers and panelists are Mercédeh Azeredo da Silveira (AZHA), Simon Vorburger (Quinn Emanuel), Simon Plüss (Head of Export Controls and Sanctions, State Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO) and Aslı Yılmaz (Managing Counsel, ICC International Court of Arbitration).
