Cooperation with Competitors – Key highlights of the new competition law rules

On November 15, 2023, Lenz & Staehelin is hosting an event of W@CompetitionCH at which Inhouse counsels and private practitioners will discuss selected topics of the revised EU competition law rules on horizontal cooperation, such as joint production, joint commercialization and sustainability agreements.
