IBA Annual Conference 2024

Patrick Schleiffer will co-chair a panel on ESG and the rising tide of greenwashing in international capital markets at this year's annual conference of the International Bar Association in Mexico City presented by the Capital Markets Forum (CMF) and the Securities Law Committee (SLC) of the International Bar Association. The panel will look at current trends in environmental, social and governance (ESG) topics for public companies and the phenomenon of greenwashing in the international capital markets, and also present key findings of the 2024 ESG survey update conducted by the CMF and SLC.
