Andreas Rötheli shares M&A insights at this year’s Business & Law Circle in Vienna

Lenz & Staehelin Partner Andreas Rötheli joined an expert panel to discuss the latest developments in the private M&A/PE market, as part of Schindler Attorneys' annual Business & Law Circle. The event, which gathered close to 160 guests, was held at the Heidi Horten Collection in Vienna, where speakers and guests were honoured by the presence of Austrian Minister of Finance, Magnus Brunner. On his panel, Andreas was joined by representatives from Kirkland & Ellis, Cravath Swaine & Moore, Hengeler Mueller and Mannheimer Swartling.
