Election of Dominique Müller as new Partner
We have pleasure in informing you that Dominique Müller became a partner of our firm on 1 January 2016.
Dominique Müller is a litigator and represents corporations and private individuals in proceedings before Swiss courts and international arbitral tribunals. He further practices insolvency law and advises on internal investigations. He graduated from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in 2003 and was admitted to the Zurich bar in 2005. In the same year Dominique Müller joined Lenz & Staehelin's Zurich office as an associate. In 2007/08 he obtained an LL.M. degree from the University of Virginia. Subsequently he worked for a leading law firm in New York and was admitted to the New York bar in 2009. Dominique Müller has extensive experience as counsel in litigations before Swiss courts, in particular in M&A and Joint Venture disputes, in insolvency proceedings and in enforcing foreign judgments and awards.
