Further success at Managing IP Awards

Our IP expertise has once again been recognised by Managing IP 2025 EMEA – through the coveted ‘Switzerland Impact Case of the Year’ award confirmed at a ceremony at London’s Royal Lancaster hotel on April 10th.

Building on our previous successes recognized by Managing IP, we were honored for our representation of Robert Bosch GmbH and C. & E. Fein GmbH in a significant patent infringement case. Led by partners Thierry Calame and Peter Ling, our IP team secured a rare and substantial seven-figure financial compensation for our clients, a noteworthy accomplishment in Swiss patent infringement litigation.

The Managing IP Awards celebrate major intellectual property achievements and developments annually. Now in their 20th year, the Awards cover several IP practice areas and more than 50 jurisdictions.
