Honoured again by Managing IP 2024

IP team members had a rewarding trip to London on 11 April where our firm was recognised in three categories at this year’s Managing IP EMEA Awards held at the Hilton on Park Lane.

Adding to previous Managing IP successes, we celebrated receiving two coveted national awards – Switzerland Patent Disputes Firm of the Year and Switzerland Trademark Disputes Firm of the Year. The judges commented that we had emerged the winner ‘from very strong shortlists’. The night was then made complete with a further special award, the European Cross-border Patent Litigation Team of the Year award, which we received alongside several other firms for our collective work on the Merck Sharp & Dohme (Sitagliptin) against generics case.

The Managing IP Awards programme is the most comprehensive IP law firm awards event in the legal industry. Now in its 19th year, the programme covers several IP practice areas and more than 50 jurisdictions.
