Lenz & Staehelin elects Miguel Oural as new Partner

We have pleasure in informing you that Miguel Oural became a partner of our Firm on 1 January 2010. He will strengthen our litigation department and will divide his time between our offices in Geneva and Lausanne.

Miguel Oural studied at the Universities of Geneva and Zurich. He trained at a specialist litigation firm and went on to obtain an LL.M. at Duke University School of Law. He was also a research assistant in the Law Faculty of Geneva University in the law of obligations and civil remedies. Miguel Oural joined our Firm in 2003. In 2007 and 2008, he worked as a foreign qualified lawyer in Barcelona and Madrid for a prestigious Spanish law firm with an international focus. Miguel Oural has considerable experience in complex national and international judicial proceedings, both in civil and criminal matters. His areas of expertise also include sports law and employment law.
