New Counsel: Caroline Delétra and Christoph Reinhardt
After many years with Lenz & Staehelin, Caroline Delétra and Christoph Reinhardt will be retiring from the partnership. They have both participated in a vital manner in the development of our firm and we are therefore happy that they will remain with us as counsel.
Caroline Delétra joined Lenz & Staehelin in 1972 and became our first woman partner in Geneva in 1982. As a foreign qualified lawyer, her Anglo-Saxon qualification enabled her to assist in the rapid expansion of the offshore and trust business in Switzerland and worldwide. She has been active in the field of private clients, with particular emphasis on estate and tax planning for many of our longstanding clients.
Christoph Reinhardt worked over 30 years in various fields of law. He focused mainly on the areas of corporate and M&A, and banking and financial services, in which he is an internationally recognized expert. In addition, he was and still is the member of the board of several international companies.
