New Counsel: Sara Rousselle-Ruffieux
We have the pleasure to announce that Sara Rousselle-Ruffieux became Counsel of our firm on 1 January 2019.
As an accredited labour law expert (SBA certificate), Sara Rousselle-Ruffieux advises national and multinational companies as well as international organizations on employment, immigration and social security matters. Her expertise encompasses both individual employment relationships (contract, company regulation, participation or bonus plan, non-competition clause, termination agreement, secondment, etc.) and collective labour relations (hiring of services, mass-dismissals, social plans or business transfers, etc.). She also regularly assists clients in administrative and judicial matters and represents them before administrations and courts. Sara Rousselle-Ruffieux is also active in the field of data protection and cross-border issues (in particular the coordination of social security systems).
A graduate of the University of Fribourg in 1995, Sara Rousselle-Ruffieux was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 1998 and became an SBA Certified Specialist in Labour Law in 2011. She worked as an associate in several prominent Swiss business law firms before joining the Employment, Pensions and Immigration practice group of Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva in 2017. Sara Rousselle-Ruffieux is Vice-Chairman of the Suisse Romande Labour Law Specialists Association (AROSDT).
