Xavier Favre-Bulle appointed President of the Court of the Swiss Chambers' Arbitration Institution (SCAI)

Lenz & Staehelin is delighted to announce that partner Xavier Favre-Bulle is President of the Court of the Swiss Chambers' Arbitration Institution (SCAI) as of 1st January 2021.

SCAI is a neutral and independent dispute resolution institution set up by the main Swiss Chambers of Commerce, which provides domestic and international dispute resolution services based on the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration and the Swiss Rules of Mediation.
