We are pleased to announce the promotion of Fabiano Menghini, Simone Ehrsam, Roman Graf and Sevan Antreasyan to the firm's partnership. Alexandra Hirt has been promoted to the role of counsel.
The appointments come into effect on January 1, 2022.

Fabiano Menghini

Fabiano Menghini specializes in advising clients on a broad range of real estate transactions as well as on all other real estate specific legal issues (including total contractor/general contractor agreements, planning agreements, project development agreements, tenancy and lease law, environmental law, Lex Koller, Lex Weber, real estate financing). Fabiano Menghini also advises on all areas of corporate law with a focus on (private) M&A transactions.
Simone Ehrsam

Simone Ehrsam specializes in advising clients on a broad range of domestic and international M&A transactions, including public takeovers, mergers, joint ventures and capital markets transactions. In addition, she regularly advises private equity companies in auction processes or sale transactions and listed companies on all aspects of financial market law and corporate governance matters.
Roman Graf

Roman Graf specializes in M&A (including private equity) transactions and insolvency and has extensive experience in complex national and international M&A transactions and cross-border restructurings. He also regularly advises companies, managers, and creditors on insolvencies and corporate reorganizations (including management liability). His other areas of practice include corporate, commercial and contract law, corporate finance, and corporate governance.
Sevan Antreasyan

Sevan Antreasyan specializes in intellectual property and competition law. He has extensive experience in the fields of life sciences, IT and other new technologies, in particular in complex licensing, research & development (and other service agreements), distribution, and intellectual property assets transactions. He also regularly represents clients in civil and administrative proceedings, mainly in trademark, copyright, geographical indication and competition law matters.
Alexandra Hirt
