New Tax Counsel in Lausanne: Jérôme Piguet

We have pleasure in informing you that Jérôme Piguet was named Tax Counsel as of 1 January 2010. In collaboration with our partner, Lucien Masmejan, Jérôme is in charge of the tax department in our Lausanne office.

Jérôme Piguet studied at the Universities of Lausanne and Berne. He worked at the Administrative Court of the Canton of Vaud before joining the fiscal department of one of the “Big Four”. Jérôme joined our Firm in 2001, where he finished his formation as tax expert (graduated in 2002) and accomplished his lawyer’s internship (admitted to the bar in 2005). At first working out of our Geneva office, he then joined our Lausanne team when we expanded our offices there at the end of 2007. As a tax advisor, his main areas of activity are company tax law and tax law for high net worth individuals. He is also active in the areas of banking, finance and real estate.
