Lukas Morscher sets out the structural and legal aspects of business process outsourcing (BPO). Pascal Hinny discusses the tax aspects of outsourcing transactions. Roland Mathys focuses on the transfer, maintenance and safeguarding of know-how in ICT outsourcing, and Roger Staub discusses control over the service provider. Thomas Hoeren looks at IT outsourcing and change requests. Roland M. Ryser sets out the criminal law, data protection and regulatory aspects of outsourcing, and Mark A. Reutter presents fee models in outsourcing. Hans Rudolf Trüeb concludes the conference proceedings with views on benchmarking.
