Your public procurement partner, whatever side you’re on
Trusted expertise, fresh thinking, profound experience. Our highly specialised public procurement team acts for both sides – contracting authorities and suppliers – offering a national as well as local perspective on contentious and non-contentious matters covering all aspects of public procurement and administrative law.
Drawing on our multi-industry experience and knowledge base, we practise public procurement law throughout Switzerland. This is at both national and cantonal levels, including addressing complex questions around applicability and interpretation of the respective laws and regulations. Our track record extends to advising clients regarding market access within Switzerland (Swiss public procurement law; Internal Market Act). It also includes advising on access to the Swiss market by foreign suppliers or access to foreign markets by Swiss suppliers on the basis of international agreements (WTO GPA; Bilateral Agreements between Switzerland the EU).
We act for both private and public sector clients including national and cantonal governments. And we also advise clients in potential follow up litigation before cantonal and federal courts. Our long track record additionally extends to advising clients regarding internal market procedures of the Swiss Competition Commission.
