Capital increase of La Foncière

Lenz & Staehelin acted as counsel to Investissements Fonciers SA, fund management company of La Foncière, one of the major Swiss real estate funds in Switzerland, in the context of the capital increase of CHF 113 million of La Foncière and the listing of its new units on the SIX Swiss Exchange on June 18, 2024.
