UNIL's Half-Day on Banking Supervisory Law

On May 15, 2025, the University of Lausanne (UNIL) and the University of Zurich will jointly host a half-day conference on Banking Supervisory Law, focusing on the theme: "Banking Regulation and Supervision Two Years After the Credit Suisse Crisis." The conference will explore recent developments in banking regulation and case law, key lessons learned from the Credit Suisse crisis, and the future of banking supervision. Discussions will also cover upcoming reforms that will shape the regulatory toolkit.

Dr. Valérie Menoud will present on the topic of “Naming and Shaming” within the context of FINMA enforcement procedures.
