Expertise
Dr. Martin Aebi is an experienced dispute resolution practitioner who has acted as counsel in numerous large-scale cases (also involving states) before arbitral tribunals and state courts. Originally, Martin focused on intellectual property-related matters such as licensing and joint-development issues. However, over time, his experience has broadened to cover a wide range of business areas including construction, M&A and banking. He is ranked as one of Switzerland’s leading arbitration practitioners by all major international legal directories. In addition to his work as party representative, Martin also sits as an arbitrator.
