Midea completes acquisition of Arbonia’s Climate Division

Midea Group, an electrical appliance manufacturer, announced that it has completed the acquisition of the Climate Division of Arbonia for EUR 760 million.

Lenz & Staehelin advised Midea on this acquisition. The team is led by Tino Gaberthüel (M&A), and includes Arnold Romero, Raphael Fries (both M&A), Matthias Oertle, Anja Affolter Marino, Helin Dalla Palma (all Employment & Pensions), Astrid Waser (Antitrust), Alexander Greter, Isabel Guth-Wanner (both Regulatory) and David Hitz (IP).
