    Isy Isaac Sakkal is a senior associate in our Geneva office and a member of the Banking and Finance group. He advises financial institutions including banks, fund managers and insurance companies in corporate and contractual matters, as well as in the context of the granting of licences and enforcement proceedings by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA. Isy also assists lenders and borrowers in financing transactions (including those involving syndicated financing, acquisition finance and project finance).
