Expertise
Laure Baumann is Counsel and Head of Employment, Pensions and Immigration, based in our Geneva office. She advises individuals, companies and international organisations on employment, immigration and social security matters. Her employment law practice covers both individual and collective labour relations, including internal regulations, hiring of services and business transfers. She also advises on cross-border issues with a focus on the coordination of social security systems. In addition, Laure has developed strong expertise in immigration law, which is a key part of her practice. She assists with all types of Swiss work and residence permit applications – particularly executive transfers, first employment, internships, studies and family reunification – as well as settlement and naturalisation procedures, and represents clients in contentious immigration proceedings.
